Let me share my journey with breathwork. Before I became a facilitator and coach , I was drawn to breathing techniques without fully understanding why. I started experiencing anxiety in my mid 40’s from perimenopause and menopause, and the only way I found relief was through controlled breathing, which helped slow my heart rate and my anxiety.
**My Journey with Breathwork
I joined an online breathwork class led and also attended a daytreat, it was my first encounter with conscious connected breathing. Initially, my mind was racing, worried about whether I was doing it correctly. Then, something shifted—I sank into the experience, and suddenly, I was crying uncontrollably. It was a surprising release, with no clear connection to past trauma. The pressure lifted, my mind became clear, and my energy was calm and focused. I knew then that I needed to explore this further and share it with others.

My breathwork teachers offered a beautiful analogy: our breath is the thread connecting life and death. From our first breath at birth to our last exhale, it accompanies us through every moment.
